With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, construction, and real estate investment, Artem has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results with integrity, transparency, and attention to detail. He has personally overseen more than 30 property renovations—from furnishing projects to complete gut rehabs.

Through his construction company, BluePrints Construction LLC, every renovation is managed in-house, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control. His investment philosophy is simple: buy the right property, renovate to hotel-quality standards, and operate with discipline. StayRnR was founded to provide investors with a truly turnkey approach to short-term rental success.

Outside of work, Artem enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with family — experiences that inspire his passion for creating memorable homes and guest experiences.
