What does StayRnR actually do?
We run your vacation rental end to end — listing and pricing, guest messaging around the clock, cleaning between stays, maintenance, and a monthly owner statement. You own the property; we operate it.
What does it cost?
Our management fee is 20% of gross revenue. Operating costs — cleaning, supplies, maintenance and repairs — are yours, and appear itemized on the same monthly statement, so you can see what went where.
Who cleans and maintains the property?
We arrange and supervise both. Cleaning happens between every stay, and renovation and repair work goes through BluePrints Construction LLC — the construction company our founder runs — rather than an outside subcontractor. The work itself is billed to you and itemized; coordinating it is part of the 20%.
How do your properties perform?
Across all the properties we manage, occupancy averages 90% and guests rate them 4.9, backed by 2,000+ five-star Airbnb reviews. That describes the portfolio as a whole, not a forecast for any one address — before you commit we underwrite your specific property against local comps and show you the numbers behind it.
Where do you work?
Florida — Broward County (Hollywood, Miramar, Plantation) and Miami-Dade — New Jersey near NYC, and eastern Pennsylvania around East Stroudsburg and the Poconos. If you own somewhere outside those three states, send it over and we'll take a look.
Do I still own my property?
Yes — 100%, always. That holds for both the management service and the turnkey program. We're your operator, not a co-owner.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no lock-in and no setup cost. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term.
Can you find and renovate a property for me?
Yes — that is our turnkey program. We source the property, handle the renovation and furnishing, then manage it once it is live. We have launched 50+ vacation rentals across Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including 30+ full renovations.
What returns can I expect?
That depends on the market, the property and what you put into it, so we will not quote you a number before we have looked at it. We underwrite each property first — comps, seasonality, renovation cost and timeline — and show you the projections and the assumptions under them. Returns vary by market and are not guaranteed.
Where do guests book?
Airbnb, VRBO, and our own direct booking site. We keep the listing, photos and pricing current on each of them.
