What does StayRnR's property management service include?
We handle everything: listing creation and optimization, dynamic pricing, guest communication (24/7), professional cleaning between stays, maintenance and repairs, and monthly financial reporting. Our fee is 20% of gross revenue with no setup costs or lock-in contracts.
How does StayRnR's turnkey investment program work?
We source high-potential short-term rental properties, handle the full renovation and furnishing, then manage the property once it's live. You keep 100% ownership and the profits. We've done this 50+ times across Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
What markets does StayRnR operate in?
We currently manage properties in South Florida, New Jersey (near NYC), and East Pennsylvania. We're expanding into additional markets — and if you own property in a state outside these three, we're happy to review it.
How much does it cost to have StayRnR manage my property?
Our management fee is 20% of gross revenue — the only ongoing fee, itemized in your monthly owner statement. There are no lock-in contracts. We earn our fee by making your property perform — if you're not satisfied, you're free to leave.
Do I keep ownership of my property?
Yes, always. Whether you use our management service or our turnkey investment program, you retain 100% ownership of the property. StayRnR is an operator and partner, not a co-owner.
What kind of returns can I expect from a vacation rental investment?
Returns vary by market, property type, and investment amount. We provide detailed underwriting and projections before you commit. Our existing portfolio consistently outperforms initial projections thanks to our operational expertise and pricing optimization.
Who handles renovations and furnishing?
Our founder Artem runs BluePrints Construction LLC, which handles all renovation work in-house — from light remodels to full $200K+ gut rehabs. Interior design and furnishing are included in our turnkey package. This vertical integration is one of our biggest advantages.
How do guests book a StayRnR property?
Guests can book through Airbnb, VRBO, or our direct booking platform at stayrnr.hostify.club. We optimize listings across all major platforms to maximize visibility and occupancy.
