A lovingly renovated historic home in Bucks County with a creek running alongside it — the kind of place a big family rents once and then every year. The open-concept living and dining area seats a crowd, the kitchen has stainless appliances and a large island, and the basement is a game zone with a pool table and arcade games. The attic has three pull-out sofas, a ping-pong table, and a play area for the kids.

Outside: a hot tub, a sauna, a fire pit, a barbecue grill, a dining area, and a custom children's playground. Beds range from kings to trundles, so groups of every shape fit.
